Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont. Our cozy space includes 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed (linens included), a couch that can sleep an additional 2, TV, dining space and a complete kitchen. Lounge on the spacious deck, fish, take a dip in the river and enjoy comfort of our cozy space! Length of stay discounts are available, and are automatically applied during checkout. A stay of 7-27 nights will recieve a 10% discount. 28+ nights will receive a 20% discount.

Terms & Conditions

Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 8AM Please leave the apartment in a “Broom Clean” condition when leaving so we can keep our cleaning fee low. It is not necessary to make beds and please hang dirty towels on the hooks in the bathroom. If there is more then a bag of trash please put in the proper receptacles at the end of the driveway. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT. Please DO NOT put grease or food down the drains, this will clog our septic system. No visitors or added guests without permission No fireworks,or glitter Do not cut down our trees. Please stay out of the woods behind the main house, the tiny house and the apartment. 🐾 Pets Are Welcome! We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends! To help keep the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you please follow these pet guidelines: Dogs only — we welcome dogs, but no cats or other pets. Pet fee: A $75 pet fee per stay applies. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please do not allow your dog to roam freely on the property. Dogs must be crated whenever they are left alone in the rental. No dogs on beds or furniture. Please bring a dog bed or blanket for your pet. Please clean up after your dog both inside and outside. Dogs must be house-trained and any accidents should be cleaned up promptly. Please do not allow dogs to dig, damage landscaping, or disturb neighbors. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. do not leave your dog unattended outdoors. Thanks for helping us keep the property comfortable and enjoyable for everyone — including our four-legged guests! 🐾
