Escape the daily grind and reconnect with nature at this unique and unforgettable escape. This "not so Tiny House" is perched above the Battenkill river and features a private downstairs master bedroom, a comfy living space, a small kitchen area with all of the essentials all with regular plumbing and plenty of charm! Short and midterm rentals available.
Additional sleeping: The tiny house was designed primarily with two guests in mind and is most comfortable for a party of two. It does have additional sleeping space for up to two more guests on a fold-down sofa/futon, but the sleeping surface is quite firm and uncomfortable for most adults. While it can accommodate two additional guests if needed, we do not recommend using the sofa/futon for overnight sleeping and suggest the tiny house is best suited for two people.
Come experience tiny house living in a peaceful setting! Grill on the deck, toast marshmallows in the firepit and explore all that the area has to offer!

Terms & Conditions
Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 8AM Please leave the apartment in a “Broom Clean” condition when leaving so we can keep our cleaning fee low. It is not necessary to make beds and please hang dirty towels on the hooks in the bathroom. If there is more then a bag of trash please put in the proper receptacles at the end of the driveway. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT. Please DO NOT put grease or food down the drains, this will clog our septic system. No visitors or added guests without permission No fireworks,or glitter Do not cut down our trees. Please stay out of the woods behind the main house, the tiny house and the apartment.

We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends! (2 MAX) To help keep the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you please follow these pet guidelines:
Dogs only — we welcome dogs, but no cats or other pets.
Pet fee: A $75 pet fee per stay applies.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please do not allow your dog to roam freely on the property.
Dogs must be crated whenever they are left alone in the rental.
No dogs on beds or furniture. Please bring a dog bed or blanket for your pet.
Please clean up after your dog both inside and outside.
Dogs must be house-trained and any accidents should be cleaned up promptly.
Please do not allow dogs to dig, damage landscaping, or disturb neighbors.
Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
